Primary Focus: 1-to-1 Coaching & Group Coaching
Contract Type: Hourly – competitive rate
Working Hours: Weekday evenings, weekends and school term breaks
Role Purpose
In-Touch Cricket Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced female cricket coach. The candidate will have a particular focus on delivering high-quality 1-to-1 coaching and supporting the implementation and delivery of our Girls programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is passionate about developing female cricketers and creating a high-quality environment in which young players can develop, enjoy their cricket and fulfil their potential.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum ECB Level 2 coaching qualification.
- Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 coaching tailored to individual player needs, alongside engaging group coaching sessions.
- Experience of working with pathway or performance-level players, with an understanding of the requirements of talented young girls’ or women’s cricketers.
- Strong technical knowledge across batting, bowling, fielding and game awareness, with the ability to identify and develop individual areas for improvement.
- Experience of playing cricket to a good standard, ideally at club, county, university, representative or pathway level, is desirable.
