Contract Type: Hourly – competitive rate
Working Hours: Weekday evenings, weekends and school term breaks
Role Purpose
In-Touch Cricket Academy is seeking an experienced cricket coach to play a key role in the delivery and development of our Academy programme at Epsom College. The candidate will have a particular focus on delivering high-quality 1-to-1 coaching. The role will involve working with talented and aspiring young cricketers, helping them develop the technical, tactical and mental skills required to progress their game. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated coach who enjoys working with ambitious young players and wants to contribute to a high-quality coaching environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum ECB Level 2 coaching qualification, with the intention to progress to Level 3.
- Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 coaching tailored to individual player needs.
- Experience of working with pathway or performance-level players, with an understanding of the requirements of talented young cricketers.
- Strong technical knowledge across batting, bowling, fielding and game awareness, with the ability to identify and develop individual areas for improvement.
- Ability to work effectively as part of the In-Touch Cricket Academy coaching team and contribute to the delivery of a consistent, high-quality Academy programme.
- Experience of playing cricket to a good standard is desirable.
